Our friends and partners at Satsuma Real Estate are proud to announce the annual “Building by Boiling”crawfish competition. Building by Boiling benefits People’s Housing+, and our work to provide pathways to homeownership for low-and moderate income New Orleanians. The crawfish cook-off will be held at NOLA Brewing on Saturday, April 6 from 11am to 4pm.

20 teams will be competing for the best crawfish boil and to win the title of Building by Boiling 2025 Fan Favorite! Use the button link to buy early bird tickets for only $30. Tickets at the door will be $45. Each ticket will include all the crawfish you can peel, free ice cream and live entertainment!
This family friendly event—plenty of room to move around, free ice cream, face painting and more—has the first batch of crawfish coming out at 11:00am and live music will be played intermittently throughout the event. The crowd will also enjoy event activities, a raffle and a live auction. More details to come!
